What payment method do you accept?

We use stripe as our preferred payment merchant, Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We never store your card details on our servers.

My item(s) have not arrived. What do I do?

It’s possible that the item(s) are from our “Made to Order” range. These can take up to 14 days to arrive.

My item(s) are out of stock. Can I still place an order?

Yes, of course. In this instance, your confirmed order will be placed on “Back Order”. Once the item(s) are back in stock, we will dispatch and you will be notified and given an estimated delivery date.

When will I receive my item?

Shipping is between 1-3 days unless otherwise stated. We keep a small amount of stock on-site, but many of our items are made to order. During peak periods these may have a lead time of between 1 – 2 week, we will let you know when your item has been dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Yes, visit our order tracking page. You can track your order by entering your order number and the email address you used when you ordered.
